Impressive lobby. Convenient location. Breakfast exceeded expectations. Hostess staff were efficient and welcoming. Cleanliness was commendable, and Jay at the front desk was a gem-warm cookie and water upon arrival won me over immediately. The bed was comfortable, and the gym and pool facilities were a nice touch. significant issues marred the experience. Black mold on the ceiling? Non-functional fridge and a lack of microwave access added frustration. Staff training is crucial. Some were rude and unprofessional. A door incident on checkout morning left me feeling unsafe, especially with young men loitering outside. Hilton's reputation deserves better. Attention to detail is essential. This property needs serious management improvements.

I was so frustrated during check-in! The staff's attitude was terrible, leaving my family and me embarrassed and scrambling to adjust our plans. Never again.

The bed was super comfortable, and I really liked the warm cookie they gave us at check-in. The shower was also amazing, which was a nice touch. there were some issues that bothered me. the check-in process was a nightmare. We had to wait for over an hour because there was no staff available to help us. It was close to 2 am by the time we finally got checked in, which was incredibly frustrating. our room smelled like smoke, and the air conditioner temperature couldn't be adjusted. The mirror in the restroom was chipped, and there was a portable fan running in the hallway due to a leak. The cleanliness of the rooms could have been better, and the pool, while still usable, could have been cleaner. breakfast wasn't included in the stay and was priced at $20 per person. They also automatically added an 18% gratuity onto the bill for meals at the hotel restaurant, which felt a bit sneaky. while there were some aspects of the stay that I enjoyed, the issues with check-in, room cleanliness, and additional charges left me feeling disappointed. I hope my feedback helps others considering a stay at the Doubletree.

The room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable. Fluffy pillows added to the cozy feel. I enjoyed the variety of shower head spray patterns; water pressure was excellent. Unfortunately, the fridge didn't work, and we had to wait late for maintenance. The bathroom was nice and clean, but the drains weren't properly marked, leading to some wet floors. The TV setup allowed us to plug in our Nintendo Switch, though we had to get a different remote for it. The noise from the heater was quite loud and disruptive. a mixed experience with comfort.

The hotel is conveniently located right off the exit, making it easy to find. The front desk staff were friendly and made check-in quick and efficient. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable for a good night's sleep.

Our romantic escape was marred by cleanliness issues. The rooms were dirty, and there was a lingering smell of mildew on our floor.

The hotel is close to all the cool spots in ATL, like the dope shopping areas and awesome cultural spots. The pool was off the hook, perfect for hanging out with friends. The staff hooked us up with cookies and water when we rolled in - total lifesavers!

Yo, only thing missing for us party animals was a happening rooftop bar. That would have been the cherry on top of our rad vacay.

we had a great experience at Doubletree By Hilton. the staff was amazing, welcoming, and friendly, and the manager provided excellent customer service. the hotel was very clean and the location was nice. We enjoyed the warm cookies and water offered at check-in. the lobby area was nice, and the bedding for the King bed was acceptable. We were pleased with the hot water in the bathroom and the presence of a coffee maker.

I chose Doubletree By Hilton solely for its proximity to the amazing attractions in Atlanta, and I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary shuttle service within an 8 km radius. The bar with its dark wooden floors and authentic Southern barbeque at the on-site restaurant were also delightful.

The pool, although needing some cleaning, was large and private, perfect for families. Additionally, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and the TV allowed us to connect our Nintendo switch for entertainment.
